Christian Neel was born in Cannes August 15, 1960. Fascinated by drawing and painting, he studied at the Decorative Arts in Nice. The brightness of his home region became the basis of his inspiration.

As a soaring chromatic, the artist uses bright and dynamic colors that mixes directly onto the canvas using brushes and knives. His black, red, blue and white backgrounds, bring intensity to his expression.
